Since 2017, Pierre Gattaz has given us the impetus to profoundly modify our cultivation and protection practices for our vines and our land. Everything we do incorporates an understanding of and respect for the balance between vines, plants, trees, soil and the environment.
Time passes slowly for organic crops, creating harmony in the terroir and allowing for a full expression in its wines. In our gardens, fields and vines, we seek to promote biodiversity and plants’ natural defences.
We treat our soil with natural mixtures adapted to the plants’ needs, spreading them according to weather conditions and the moon phases.
